Her global approach to cooking and creativity enables her to work internationally with hotels, restaurants and collaboratively with other chef’s to brand build.

She operates in a multidisciplinary way, drawing on inspiration constantly from modern European techniques, with international flavours. She has worked with hotels, restaurants, café’s, pubs, beverage brands and chef’s to help land their vision.
